He joined Rocket Mortgage in 2014 and quickly became a trusted leader across multiple strategic initiatives. Matt has led engineering teams through complex transformations, including AI-driven trading platforms, automated secondary market strategies, and the modernization of key mortgage workflows.

Today, Matt leads the Engineering team for Rocket Pro, focused on building the single best platform for mortgage brokers. His teams are responsible for delivering seamless, high-impact technology that helps brokers win business, stay efficient, and meet clients where they are. Whether enabling faster closings, simplifying broker onboarding, or building insight-driven tools, Matt is passionate about creating solutions that empower the broker community and fuels Rocket Pro’s growth.
