How is the 100 basis points calculated?

The stack combines 60 basis points in existing purchase credit plus 40 basis points tied to eligible Compass transactions. Together, this equals 100 basis points stacked for conventional, FHA, and VA purchase transactions.

The Compass alignment is nationwide. Eligibility for the stacked credit depends on qualifying Compass agent relationships and transaction criteria. Your AE can confirm availability within your market.

If you are a current Rocket Pro partner, contact your AE to review eligible transactions and apply the stacked credit according to program guidelines.

When you submit a Compass partner in our portal, it will automatically show whether they qualify.

The purchase credit has been extended until August 3. The same-business-day conditional approval and 12-business-day clear-to-close applies to eligible purchase loans that are registered on or after July 7 and are folder received by August 3.

100 bps stack:
Clients will receive a 40 basis points credit applied as a loan-level price adjustment (LLPA) when purchasing a home by financing through Rocket Pro and using a Compass agent or Compass affiliated brokerage real estate agent. Valid only on FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans. This offer can be combined with the Rocket Pro Purchase credit which will provide the client an additional 60bps LLPA, totaling a 100bps credit, when combined. Additional 60bps credit is valid only on FHA, VA, and Conventional loans with new locks from 4/7/2026 to 8/3/2026 and cannot be retroactively applied to previously locked loans. Additional conditions/restrictions apply. Rocket Mortgage may cancel/modify this offer at any time. This is not a commitment to lend.


Same-business-day conditional approvals and 12-business-day clear-to-close:
Offer begins July 7, 2026, and ends August 3, 2026, for eligible Conventional Purchase loans registered on or after July 7, 2026, and reaching Folder Received status by 4:00 p.m. ET on August 3, 2026. Any loan reaching Folder Received status after 4:00 p.m. ET will be deemed received on the following business day. The Same-Day Conditional Approval and 12-Business-Day Clear to Close timelines begin on the applicable received business day.

Wholesale: For eligible Wholesale Conventional Purchase loans, the borrower may receive a lender credit of up to $1,000 if the loan is not cleared to close within twelve (12) business days of reaching Folder Received status, provided all promotional requirements have been satisfied.

To qualify, the loan must:

  • Be eligible for a Same-Day Conditional Approval based on the loan structure.
  • Be free of any disqualifying failure reasons.
  • Include all documentation and conditions required for conditional approval at the time of Full Package Submission.
  • Have all required documentation, including but not limited to appraisal, title documentation, tax certifications, and any underwriting conditions, submitted and cleared within required promotional timelines.
  • Have the interest rate locked for final review by 8:00 p.m. ET on the ninth (9th) business day of the applicable 12-business-day period.
  • Have the final loan structure, including loan amount and title holders, finalized by 8:00 p.m. ET on the ninth (9th) business day.
  • Have clear title and all title-related conditions satisfied by 8:00 p.m. ET on the ninth (9th) business day.
  • Have all tax certification requirements provided and cleared by 8:00 p.m. ET on the ninth (9th) business day.
  • Have subject property appraisal and all additional products reviewed and cleared by 8:00 p.m. ET on the ninth (9th) business day.

The Wholesale Partner is solely responsible for timely submission of all required documentation, including, but not limited to, tax bills, proof of tax payments, appraisal documentation, title documentation, and all underwriting conditions.

If a verification of employment is required, Rocket Mortgage will make two (2) attempts to obtain the verification. If the verification is not received following the second attempt, the loan will be ineligible for this promotion.

If the loan does not clear to close due to circumstances outside Rocket Mortgage’s reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in borrower eligibility, changes to the underwriting decision resulting in denial of the credit request, incomplete or inaccurate documentation, appraisal deficiencies, title defects, insurance deficiencies, borrower inactivity, or borrower refusal to provide requested information, the lender credit will not be issued.

Correspondent: For eligible Correspondent Conventional Purchase loans, the acquisition fee, up to $999, will be waived if the loan is not cleared to close within twelve (12) business days of reaching Folder Received status, provided all promotional requirements have been satisfied.

To qualify, the loan must:

  • Be eligible for a Same-Day Conditional Approval based on the loan structure.
  • Be free of any disqualifying failure reasons.
  • Include all documentation and conditions required for conditional approval at Full Package Submission.
  • Have all required client, third-party, appraisal, title, tax certification, and underwriting documentation submitted and cleared within required promotional timelines.
  • Have the interest rate locked for final review by 8:00 p.m. ET on the ninth (9th) business day.
  • Have the final loan structure, including loan amount and title holders, finalized by 8:00 p.m. ET on the ninth (9th) business day.
  • Have clear title and all title-related conditions satisfied by 8:00 p.m. ET on the ninth (9th) business day.
  • Have all tax certification requirements provided and cleared by 8:00 p.m. ET on the ninth (9th) business day.
  • Have subject property appraisal and all additional products reviewed and cleared by 8:00 p.m. ET on the ninth (9th) business day.

The Correspondent Lender is responsible for obtaining and submitting all required documentation, including tax information, tax bills, proof of tax payments, appraisal documentation, title documentation, and all underwriting conditions.

For Correspondent Assist loans requiring a verbal verification of employment performed by Rocket Mortgage, the request must be assigned to Rocket Mortgage no later than the sixth (6th) business day before the end of the applicable promotional period. Rocket Mortgage will make two (2) attempts to complete the verbal verification. Failure to obtain the required verification following the second attempt will render the loan ineligible for this promotion.

If the loan does not clear to close due to circumstances outside Rocket Mortgage’s reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in borrower eligibility, changes to the underwriting decision resulting in denial of the credit request, incomplete or inaccurate documentation, appraisal deficiencies, title defects, insurance deficiencies, borrower inactivity, or borrower refusal to provide requested information, the acquisition fee waiver will not apply.

Additional Terms and Conditions: Offer is available only on eligible Conventional Purchase loans and is not available in all states or for all income types. Offer excludes FHA, VA, DSCR, Non-Agency Jumbo, Non-QM, Home Equity Loan (HEL) products, loans utilizing self-employment income, loans requiring a subordination, loans utilizing down payment assistance programs, multi-unit properties, manufactured homes, condominiums, cooperative properties, new construction properties, planned unit developments (PUDs), and borrowers owning four (4) or more real estate owned (REO) properties. Loans requiring appraisal products beyond a standard subject property appraisal may be ineligible.
