Purchase Priority:
Purchase Priority is only eligible for Rocket Pro wholesale brokers and correspondent partners. Program is available only for new conventional purchase loans and cannot be retroactively applied. Valid on loans registered on or after October 6, 2026, and reaching Folder Received status by 4:00 pm ET on December 14, 2026, meeting all
program requirements, including Orbit partner status, timely documentation, and underwriting conditions. See program guidelines for full eligibility, timing, and documentation requirements. Every commercially reasonable effort will be made to meet the timelines outlined in this program; however, failure to do so will not entitle the broker partner to any recourse. Padlock Exchange:
Padlock Exchange is available only to eligible Rocket Pro wholesale broker partners enrolled in the Orbit program. This program allows conversion of eligible Padlock days into a pricing credit at a rate of 3 Padlock days per 1 bp (basis point) of credit, redeemable on approved products and use cases, including lock extensions, regulatory failure cures, post-lock/float-down pricing improvement, or shortage-of-funds-to-close coverage. Not available on Jumbo loan products. Only one Padlock Exchange may be used per loan. Valid on loans locked on or after October 6th, 2026. A maximum of 50 bps may be applied per loan; there is no monthly usage cap. Padlock Exchange may be used only to resolve an issue on an existing loan and is not valid as a general pricing reduction strategy. Conditions apply; refer to full program details.
