The stack combines 60 basis points in existing purchase credit plus 40 basis points tied to eligible Compass transactions. Together, this equals 100 basis points stacked for conventional, FHA, and VA purchase transactions.

The Compass alignment is nationwide. Eligibility for the stacked credit depends on qualifying Compass agent relationships and transaction criteria. Your AE can confirm availability within your market.

Clients will receive a 40 basis points credit applied as a loan-level price adjustment (LLPA) when purchasing a home by financing through Rocket Pro and using a Compass agent or Compass affiliated brokerage real estate agent. Valid only on FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans. This offer can be combined with the Rocket Pro Purchase credit which will provide the client an additional 60bps LLPA, totaling a 100bps credit, when combined. Additional 60bps credit is valid only on FHA, VA, and Conventional loans with new locks from 4/7/2026 to 7/06/2026 and cannot be retroactively applied to previously locked loans.
